Returns

Changes or returns:

4me cosmetics guarantees its customers the ability to cancel their order at any time and free of charge, provided the cancellation is communicated and approved by our team before the order has been prepared and made available to the carrier for shipment.

The customer will have a period of fifteen calendar days* from receipt of the order to terminate the contract and return the purchased product. The customer must notify 4me cosmetics within the stipulated period, either through diego@nickname.com your desire to exercise your right to terminate the contract. The returned order must be delivered along with the delivery note and, where applicable, the invoice issued to 4me cosmetics, with the customer being responsible for the return costs.

The return period for orders placed during the Christmas period (from December 1st to January 5th) will have an extended return period until January 13th, 2025, or 15 days from receipt if this requires a longer period than indicated.

Customers may return any item purchased from 4me cosmetics as long as the products have not been opened or used and are in their original packaging. Please note that 4me cosmetics reviews each returned product; if it does not meet the specified conditions, the imported product will not be refunded. If the return meets the conditions, 4me cosmetics will refund the purchase price for the products corresponding to the order. In no case will it refund the shipping cost already paid to the customer's address. This will be done through the same payment method used for the purchase.

The customer must cover the shipping costs to our offices. Once the product has been inspected and meets the aforementioned requirements, we will refund the imported product.

Returns will be reviewed within a maximum of 10 business days, starting on the next business day after delivery to the warehouse.

If a product other than the one ordered by the customer is delivered by mistake by 4me cosmetics or is broken or damaged, it will be removed and the correct or new product will be delivered at no additional charge to the buyer, provided that the purchaser complies within fifteen days of purchase.

In this case the client must write to diego@nickname.com attaching photos and details of the problem with the product.

If the package is held at the shipping office for more than 15 days and is returned to our warehouse because the customer did not request or collect it, the customer will be refunded the import cost of the products, but not the cost of the shipment already made. If the customer wishes to have the product reshipped, they must place a new order, as the previous one will be returned.

In the following cases, the buyer will be reimbursed for the import of the products, but in no case for the shipment already made:

  • The package is held at the destination branch for more than 15 days and is returned to our warehouse because the customer has not requested or collected it.

  • In case the address is incomplete or incorrect, and we have not received a response from the customer

Returns will not be accepted after the deadline.

Refunds:

Refunds will be accepted when a return is approved. Customers have the same amount of time as for a return, which is fifteen calendar days. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and depending on your bank, it may take up to 14 days for the money to appear in your account.
